Our company started with a dream. As children from the country of El Salvador, our parents are teachers and always wished for us to keep tight as a family. The lack of opportunities obligated us to come to America for the all too true American Dream.

In my country I was a software engineer and when I came to the great U.S.A with just 12 dollars in my pocket. I had the desire to work and help provide for my family back home in El Salvador. I quickly realized the American dream was a nightmare for me. I was working 16-hour days, for minimum wage.

But the fact of the matter was I was all alone and missing my family and all the people around me. At the time in El Salvador the situation was dire to escape. The gangs had overrun the country, and nobody was safe. When we came the great U.S.A, we started working for a staffing agency making almost no money. My brother and I saved as much money as we could. Our boss was retiring and offered his wisdom to help us start a staffing agency. The timing is never right. My brother suggested it was either now or never. So, we made the jump. We give all glory, praise, and success to God. And I thank my brother for supporting me so much in this industry. We are now both married with children and want to help others and connect people with opportunities that we were never afforded. Staffing at more than just good value but from a place of humble beginnings.
